About us

Rayo Gear is an independent online store run by an individual seller based in Japan. We sell desk setup and gaming accessories to customers in the United States. Products are shipped by our fulfillment partners from warehouses in the United States and abroad.

Orders

After you place an order you'll receive an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud – in that case you'll receive a full refund.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include shipping. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Product information

We try to describe and show each product as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly. Items shown in photos for decoration are not included unless stated.

Trademarks

Product names such as Xbox and PlayStation are used only to describe compatibility. Rayo Gear is not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
