Shipping policy
Free shipping to the United States
All orders ship free to addresses in the 50 US states. Prices already include shipping and any import duties. There are no extra charges at delivery.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order ships.
Delivery time
- Items shipped from our US warehouse: usually 3-8 business days after shipping.
- Items shipped from our international warehouse: usually 7-15 business days after shipping.
The expected delivery window is shown on each product page. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays or weather.
Multiple items
If you order several items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only. We don't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories at this time.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us through the contact form at /pages/contact and we'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address before the order ships.
