All orders ship free to addresses in the 50 US states. Prices already include shipping and any import duties – there are no extra charges at delivery.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery time

Items shipped from our US warehouse: usually 3–8 business days after shipping.
Items shipped from our international warehouse: usually 7–15 business days after shipping.

Multiple items

If you order several items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. We don't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories at this time.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, please contact us and we'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible – we can update the address before the order ships.

Returns & refunds

Not happy with your order? You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund – you won't need to pay for return shipping.

Changed your mind

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions – please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns go to a different address than the one on the package. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
